Quick ghee – take a stick of butter and melt over gentle heat. Once the bubbling stops and the solids are a medium brown- you are done. Do not strain- use the solids. Called beri in Marathi- they are delicious in dals, bakes anything really #ghee #brownbutter #buerrenoisette
