Garlic chips

Garlic chips : fabulous on everything – today they are going on roasted Brussels sprouts

My way: 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic slices – microwave in 30 sec installments. Took me 1:30 min- watch them carefully – they keep cooking – take them out when pale brown
