Modified from a NYT baked tofu recipe
Press tofu for 20 min
Cut into half inch pieces
Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp sesame oil
Toss with 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
Airfry at 400 F for 25 minutes
